1969 AD Apollo 11 moon landing.

2039 AD The 13 Day War breaks out between the United States of Euro-Africa and the Northern Consortium. This marked the first use of nuclear weapons since World War II.

2129 AD The Earth Unity Government established, with capitol at Brisbane, Australia.

2166 AD Construction started on one of Jupiter's moons, Io, for a research station.

2180 AD Carlos Sylva, the 5th director of the Space Ministry, launches the Pluto Expedition.

2253 AD An experimental ship leaves for Alpha Centauri, but never returns to Earth.

2360 AD The Space Ministry's engineering staff, headed by Dr. Antonel Yanosh, accomplishes Faster Than Light travel. However, due to negative side effects to the female body the implementation is abandoned.

2391 AD Super-light drive is perfected.

2401 AD A habitable world orbiting Canopus is discovered.   The Age of Space Habitation begins.

2404 AD Colonization begins. Io is the launch-point for the colonization ships.

2484 AD Creation of the Space Navy (previously known as Space Security).

2527 AD The Unification Congress Arms Revocation Control Committee meeting calls for a reduction in military forces.   This is largely ignored.

2680 AD The Unification Congress increasingly protests to the expanding space colonies.

2682 AD Earth's power continues to grow thanks to tremendous wealth and military power. Because of this, the space colonies unite and begin reducing arms shipments to Earth.

2685 AD The anti-Earth encampments located in the Sirius system continue to grow in power and influence.

2689 AD The Earth Government Space Army suppresses an uprising on Sirius-6.   Sirius-6 (known as Rondolina to it's inhabitants) is taken by the Earth forces.

2690 AD February: In Brisbane, the Earth Army soldiers, who were accused of massacre of civilians, are found innocent in spite of evidence from journalists.
May 14: On Rondolina, the Earth Army begins a ten hour spree of murder and destruction in Ralgan City. The event is named "Bloody Night".

2691 AD February 28: In the neutral zone on Proxima-5 (Proserpina), four people meet. They are: Carl Palmgren, Winslow Kenneth Townsend, Jolio Fancoul and Chao Yuilan.

2703 AD The Black Fleet Force is activated, commanded by Jolio Francoul. In the Battle of Starzone Vega, a force of six thousand Black Fleet Force ships defeat a force of sixty thousand Earth warships.

2704 AD
The Earth Fleet, with an asteroid belt as its final defense line, spreads out an immense war, but after two months their supply lines are cut and they are defeated.

2706 AD
Carl Palmgren, the symbol of the revolution and liberation, collapses during a speech, and dies of natural causes at the young age of 42. Defense Minister Julio Francoul plans to take power through a coup d'etats, but fails and is killed.   Chao Yulian is beaten to death by the order of Prime Minister Townsend. As a result, Townsend attains dictatorship power.

2707 AD
Winslow Kenneth Townsend, Prime Minister and Head of the House of Commons, is killed by a neutron bomb.
The Black Fleet Force divides, and a civil war extends for much of the next century.
It is said that if Palmgren had lived, the United Space Government would've begun ninety years earlier.

2801 AD
1 UC The United Space Government is founded. Universal Calendar (UC) is adopted, replacing Earth's old calendar. Theoria, second star of the Aldebaron system is the capitol.

2906 AD
106 UC

It is decided to increase the size of the Space Fleet, and the fleet departs to eliminate a space pirate problem. Admirals Michael Shefran and Christopher Wood return two years later (108 UC), after accomplishing their mission.

3068 AD
268 UC Rudolf von Goldenbaum is born to a military family.

Rudolf graduates as head of his class from the Space Military Academy, with the designation of second lieutenant by an officer of the Ministry of Justice. Quickly promoted to First Lieutenant, he is transferred to the Betelgeuse system to destroy space pirates. He's hailed as the "Second Coming of Admiral Wood"

298 UC Goldenbaum, as a Senator in the United Space Government, begins increasing his political power.

3110 AD

1 RC The fall of the United Space Government (USG).
Goldenbaum founds the Galactic Empire, and replaces the Universal Calendar with the Reich Calendar [RC] .

9 RC The Empire proclaims the "Defective Gene Exclusion Law."    Handicapped citizens are sterlizied, others are put to death.    Some groups form to resist but ultimately fail.

3151 AD
42 RC Rudolf von Goldenbaum dies.    His male children having defective genes are secretly executed leaving an unclear line of succession for the throne.    The next three centuries are wrought with pocket rebellions and battles over the Imperial throne.   Hundreds of millions of rebels and warring nobels will pay with their lives.

3253 AD
144 RC Emperor Julius is murdered on April 6th.   Emperor Sigismund the Second ascends to the throne on May 1st.

3273 AD
164 RC Ale Heinessen leads an escape from an Imperial mining colony on Altair-7.    The giant craft was over 122 kilometers in length and made out of dry ice.   The Ion Fazekath carried 400,000 people away from the Galactic Empire.   En-route they built a fleet of eighty vessels out of more conventional materials.

527 UC The rebels complete their 10,000 light-year journey, landing on the fourth planet in the Ballat Starzone. They name the world "Heinessen", in honor of their leader (who died during the journey). The Free Planets Alliance (FPA) is founded. The Universal Calendar is reinstated.    Population of Heinessen is a mere 160,000.
